Lila and I set out after work to catch the sunset on Jurassic Ridge. We had been to Murrin once before, but we did not do the entire loop.
Surprisingly, for how popular this hike is, hikers should be prepared for downclimbing on slab rocks and slight navigational skills.
Coming down the trail in the dark it was especially easy to lose the trail. Always carry a map and compass and a GPS.
The views of the Howe sound are amazing! For a shorter, yet still great view, I recommend just hiking to Querecum Lookout which only takes about 10 minutes to hike to.
